Booking Terms

1.1. These terms govern the booking and rental of apartments and holiday homes at Apartamenty Boszkowo.

1.2. Booking an apartment or holiday home constitutes acceptance of these terms.

1.3. The controller of personal data is DOMINIK PIASECKI ALL-BUD DOMINIK PIASECKI, based in Henrykowo 64-115, ul. Zaborowska 38, NIP: 7771202389 REGON: 634181953

2.1. Bookings can be made up to one year before the stay.

2.2. Bookings can be made through:

• the website,
• e-mail,
• telephone,
• Booking.com,
• the company Instagram profile (private message),
• the company Facebook profile (private message).

2.3. A booking is confirmed after payment of a deposit of 30% of the booking value.

3.1. Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.

3.2. If a booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

4.1. When booking, guests may pay for the stay in full or pay a 30% deposit.

4.2. The full rental amount for the apartment or holiday home must be paid no later than the day of arrival.

4.2. Accepted payment methods: PayU, blik, cash.

5.1. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

5.2. Guests must keep the property orderly and respect its furnishings and equipment.

6.1. Complaints should be sent to the e-mail address apartamentyboszkowo2020@gmail.com

6.2. The operator undertakes to review complaints within 14 days.

7.1. Due to the nature of our business, refunds are not available. However, guests may withdraw from the agreement in accordance with section 3 of these terms.

8.1. Personal data provided during booking is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
